Steve, thanks for the quick response. I just ordered it since there isn't a long-term contract requirement. I only asked about bandwidth caps as I work with video files and large image files and was concerned about being able to get them delivered. I am eager to give it the test!

There are many issues, Jeremy, and all you have to do is search on Google to discover them as many people are unhappy about traffic shaping or what Comcast calls "network management."

My experience with customer service has been quite good and, most importantly, the service just works and my uptime is well into the upper 90th percentile. I've called twice in two years I think...and once was to ask about the higher price service so I could get better upload, now a moot point because of the faster speeds.

I don't have bandwidth caps but don't download torrent files so haven't experienced any issues...and we use the 'net all the time.

Hope that helps.

I'm thinking of ordering but have heard a lot of complains about comcast customer service and monthly bandwidth caps. Can you address these issues for me if you have the time? Is your customer service great? Do you have any bandwidth caps per month?
Thanks.
