My experience with customer service has been quite good and, most importantly, the service just works and my uptime is well into the upper 90th percentile. I've called twice in two years I think...and once was to ask about the higher price service so I could get better upload, now a moot point because of the faster speeds. I don't have bandwidth caps but don't download torrent files so haven't experienced any issues...and we use the 'net all the time. Hope that helps.
