		<description>This was a great move on the part of Best Buy. More companies need to embrace giving their employees a voice but a lot of employers are scared of what their employees would say. 

VP&#039;s of Marketing rarely work the register for hours on end listening to what customers are saying like the floor staff does. These employees sometimes have a better handle on what customers are truly looking for.

Sometimes the best ideas come from the most unlikely places. Like the movie says &quot;You know, it&#039;s for kids!&quot;

More and more of our clients are contracting us build these communication tools into their websites and I applaud them for it. If you don&#039;t give them the tools to do it they will just do it somewhere else because the bottom line is that people talk.
