		<description>This was my first SMB and I was pleasantly surprised. The vibe was low-key and I really apprecieated Gary&#039;s &quot;we&#039;re still learning and we don&#039;t know it all&quot; approach. I also was pleasantly surprised by how much of what I call &quot;social R&amp;D&quot; is taking place at Best Buy. Believe me, very few corporations have room for efforts like BSN. 

I&#039;ll be back for more, that&#039;s for sure! Thanks for the post, Steve.</description>
