Always been impressed by Brad - the most down to earth exec I've met in a long time. He was the guy that blew all blockages when we were doing BBY.com. And he was all about helping the customer, the customer experience, etc. Good to see BBY still on that course with social media. The website, in my estimation, was more customer centric back in 2000. Even though there's plenty of advice and help currently, it's somewhat less obvious and a lot more sell, sell, sell, somewhat like the Sunday supplement. And I don't think I'm biased in that regard.
