Ed - great question. I believe there are several items that set us apart:

1. Experience: We have been managing social media campaigns for small businesses and in the political realm for a number of years

2. Reputation: PCWorld magazine asked us to write for them on Social Media - you can go to pcworld.com and search for "Tyler Olson" - you'll see a number of articles we have written on Social Media for business. We were also on the cover of the July edition of New Business Minnesota

3. Team: Much of our competition consists of just individuals doing social media as a side job. We have a team of people who have been using Social Media for as long as it has been around.

Let me know if you have any additional questions on how we work or why we are different!

One thing that's not clear to me based on SMCpros.com's website is what makes them experts other than self-proclamation.
