I was also thinking local though…some UGN might be better for CCO, some for StarTrib, or (since we have twin cities), the PioneerPress. Might end up with 6 copies of the app just for here

yeah, Randy – I agree, having to download a separate app for each local area where you like to view and upload news seems like a pain… but if you’re lucky enough to get to hang out in more than one area — well, then, heck, how hard is it to download another iPhone app? Apple makes it pretty damn easy

Sounds like if I want to produce UGC for more than one media outlet I’d need more than one copy of basically the same app. Wish it was one app, pick the outlet to submit to from a list but I’d imagine that hoses the revenue models.
