The biggest story of the week is the release of National Security Agency documents which illustrate the depth and breadth of the surveillance going on in the United States. To say that there has been outrage (finally) and major questions is an understatement. The Gang also is a bit suspicious that the timing of these revelations is a bit suspect—coinciding with President Obama hosting a cybersecurity discussion with China President Xi Jinping—but who knows for certain.
Hosts: Steve Borsch, Tim Elliott and Phil Wilson (Graeme Thickins is off this week).
Music: Rotation by John Gilliat. From the podsafe Music Alley.
